Cypress Cove (part 3)

We had a light breakfast at the Lakeside and our female half went to the hair salon for some highlights. More poolside time for the male half but the heat was pretty intense. When the hair appointment was complete, we grabbed some lunch at Cheeks and went back to our room for some rest.
Friday is Karaoke night at Scuttlebutts which is a bar connected to the Lakeside Restaurant. As with any Karaoke, you get to hear all kinds of talent at these events. A nude woman sang a Juice Newton song that started people dancing. Some guy in a Hawaiian shirt sang like Tiny Tim. It was an adult only activity and people really seemed to be having a great time. I know we did.
Our overall impression of Cypress Cove is good. It is a family safe environment for nudists. It is not, however clothing optional so you are expected to be nude at all activities. I failed to mention the awesome tennis and volleyball courts. And the lake with free paddleboats and canoe rentals. You can also rent (for $s) golf carts and bicycles. There is a nice boutique with reasonably priced clothing that appeals to nudists. Overall, the crowd is older. It IS Florida. We had a pleasant stay at Cypress Cove. The only negative thing we felt was that it would be inappropriate for us to hug and cuddle while in the pool (something we like to do). There is an anti-sexual tension because of the family nature of the resort. It is still one one of the nicest resorts we have been to. Next review: Paradise Valley, Dawsonville GA.
