We visited Bell Acres Resort in Maysville, GA. The park has a long history as a nudist park but the reputation wasn’t always good because the owners had let it run down. The new owners bought the park in 2014 have invested a lot of money to turn this club around.
They have an interesting twist in store though. The owners are British and the park is turning British as well. The clubhouse is being transformed into an English Pub. There are already decorations with references to London and The Beatles and there will be more coming.

The club is “functionally under construction”. There is a large outdoor pool and a large indoor hot tub. There is also a nature trail that is about a mile long.

The park has newly remodeled “Cottages” for rent and permanent and transient RV sites available.

Bell Acres is an AANR club but the owners don’t allow children under the age of 21. They also claim that they aren’t a lifestyle club. We felt that this was true based on what we saw and the people we met.

As is normal, we didn’t advertise ourselves as bloggers for this site and we only wanted a tour and the manager was very cordial and answered all of our questions. Details and pictures are on their newly updated website.
